In this picture we see Single Factor Pastel Green males. 
These birds come from the pairing Single Factor Pastel Green male and Green females.

Some Clearwings are also born in the U.S.A. out of the pairing Green x Single Factor Pastel Green female.
This would indicate that it is reliant on the dominant Pastel Green back in order to be expressed.
Expierence has taught that not every clutch has Clearwings.
